Well, Borgore came and went faster than our first shot of vodka went down. His show was everything we expected; 2 hours of nonstop bass that left us begging for more. I managed to get a few words with him backstage before his set, and I was more than enthralled with what he had to say. The man has a multitude of abilities from martial arts to a quick wit when it comes to a dirty joke. It was a pleasure getting to not only meet him, but get a few laughs in as well. Hotdamn is really excited to hear what new music this dubstep legend will be producing for others; if it is half as incredible as his set, we know it will be going far.
I want to personally thank Revolution Live for allowing us to cover the event as well as Borgore's manager Gia Trimble of The Good Thingg for making this all happen, she truly is a muse for females who want to make things happen in the industry. I'll be posting an interview with her within the next few days to elaborate on her recent projects. In the meantime, stay posted for what we'll be covering
next! Big things are happening.

"Grand Central, Downtown Miami's hottest entertainment venue, today announced the launch of the GRAND CENTRAL EXPRESS, a free hourly shuttle service designed to provide a safe, direct transportation service to its customers ...from South Beach to Grand Central Terminal in Downtown Miami.
The service will pick up customers at at Lincoln Road and Washington Ave on South Beach and dropping off directly in front of Grand Central, located at 697 N. Miami Ave. Initial plans are to offer the service from Midnight to 4 AM on Saturday nights, beginning 12/18/2010 with plans to expand to other nights and locations in the near future.

"This is part of Grand Central's ongoing strategy to incentive patrons to get off the beach and come to Downtown Miami," said Aramis Lorie, operator of the venue. "With all public transport closing at midnight (while most venues open their doors only at 11PM), the only options to get to the neighborhood are either to pay a $20-30.00 cab ride or park in an illegal parking lot with the associated security risk. We truly have a pressing need for a transportation service to serve this demand and to reduce incidents of DUI." he said. "this is all part of our commitment to provide a safe, secure Downtown experience to Grand Central's customers."

Grand Central Express Initial schedule is as follows:

Midnight: Lincoln Rd / Washington Ave to 697 N Miami Ave
12:30 AM : 697 N Miami Ave to Lincoln Rd / Washington Ave
1:00 AM Lincoln Rd / Washington Ave to 697 N Miami Ave
1:30 AM 697 N Miami Ave to Lincoln Rd / Washington Ave
2:00 AM Lincoln Rd / Washington Ave to 697 N Miami Ave
2:30 AM 697 N Miami Ave to Lincoln Rd / Washington Ave
3:00 AM Lincoln Rd / Washington Ave to 697 N Miami Ave
3:30 AM 697 N Miami Ave to Lincoln Rd / Washington Ave

This is going to definitely be a big plus for anyone who feels like going out, getting shit-faced, and not have to worry about the possibility of launching off the side of the highway into a building.

Big shout-out to Grand Central for keeping the safety of people as a priority. And it's free, so there's no reason not to take advantage of this.
